"It's hot," says cowboy congressman. Cowboy "Percy" L. Gassaway (D. of Okla) takes a brief respite while at work in his office during the July 4th weekend when most of the "National Fathers" are out of town hunting cool spots during the Congressonal recess. Gassaway is planning a new "recovery remedy" which he says he will bring to light a week from Monday, (July 15), if Congress doesn't "do something meantime."
