Summary
Significance: One of the first three faculty residences (masters' cottages) built for the Tome School for Boys in a linear grouping of six houses along Cottage Row (now Tome Road), as set out in the master plan of 1900. The designs of all six of the small houses show the skilled hand of talented architects.
