Summary
Joel Mashburn, born in 1947, described his interactions with members of the circus community from attending high school with children of circus owners and performers to employing children of circus owners in his drugstore. He talked about being the pharmacist for the circus community, and ministering to humans as well as animals. Joel shared a few memories of watching circus performances, visiting the Endangered Ark Foundation, and learning about the elephants. He also talked about his hometown of Hugo, Oklahoma.
