On mount: "Busey, Cor. Charles and Fayette Streets, Baltimore." Norval H. Busey (1845-1928) operated a photograph studio in Baltimore between 1870 and 1900. Image appears to be a copy of an earlier image on a Busey mount.
Date "1853" handwritten on item.
