Summary
Significance: According to former Joyce Estate caretaker Joseph Waleski, Jr., the Dog Kennel was constructed "about 1955." ... This wood-frame, shed-roofed structure is of utilitarian design, typical of a farmstead dog kennel. A central front (west) door is flanked on each side by two windows. Dog runs, enclosed by chain-link fence, extend from the rear (east). Walls are painted green, with white trim.
