Justice Roberts celebrates 63rd birthday. Washington, D.C., May 2. No special celebration marked the 63rd birthday of Associate Justice Owen J. Roberts of the Supreme Court today. He took his customary place on the bench of the high tribunal at noon for the court's Monday descions and also to hear arguments in two cases.
