Paper; thick, cream-color laid paper with horizontal chain lines; black ink with red overlining and some rubrication; catchwords on rectos.
Ruqʻah script; 1st section: 16 lines with small interlinear translation in written area 20 x 10.5 cm; 2nd section, 19 lines in written area 15 x 6.3 cm.
First section to ḥarf al-ʻayn, fol. 1b-100a; second section beginning with ḥarf al-ʻayn (incomplete), fol. 101b-209b.
