Last Austrian Minister to lecture at Georgetown University. Washington, D.C., Sept. 20. Edgar L.G. Prochnik, whose long career as Minister of Austria to the United States came to an end when Hitler absorbed his country into the German Reich, will teach and lecture at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Commerce this term. "A man without a country" after 40 years in the diplomatic service, Prochnik has already terminated his service with the German Embassy here. He would not comment on the report that he would take out American citizenship papers. Prochnik is pictures with a plaque presented to him by Georgetown a few years ago, 9/20/38
