Summary
Significance: The first John Eberson atmospheric theatre in the state or region, Loew's Theatre is a lavish and perfectly preserved movie palace of the late 1920s. It is an excellent example of Churrigueresque architecture. John Eberson was one of the three greatest theatre architects of the period of the 1920s.
