Significance: The Loew's Victoria Theater was one of the many theaters in the United States that was part of the Loew's theater chain during the early 20th century. It is architecturally significant as a representative example of theater architecture of the 1920s in New York City and as a major surviving example of the work of Thomas White Lamb, the most prolific theater architect in the United States.
