Summary

Significance: Located at the northwest corner of the farm, this secluded worker's cottage retains the style and materials of the larger farm. Standing at the gateway to what was called the "informal drive" or "wildwood drive," the structure was initially occupied by a Mr. Warford, and employee at the greenhouse, followed by various other farm employees.
