Photograph shows Henry P. Fletcher, U.S Ambassador to Chile from 1910 to 1916 with former Chilean Foreign Minister Luis Izquierdo and Augusto Villanueva, Director General of the Bank of Chile. The men were in New York City on their way to the Pan American Financial Conference on May 24, 1915 in Washington. Also depicted is banker and diplomat Willard D.
