Print shows a broadside announcing the "Jardin Mabille Soiree Musicale et Dansante, Chateau des Fleurs, Fete de Nuit" with etching showing two women approaching the entrance to the garden where notices are posted to the right and left for the "Soiree"; the central image is surrounded with scenes of the garden and women's clothing styles from the 1840s and 1874; includes 20 lines of verse at top: "Pomaré, Maria, / Magador [sic] et Clara, / Cent beauties ont passé / Par ces jardins, dont l'un est défonce! ... Rigolboche, Alida, / Finette et Rosalba: / Mille au moins, ont passé / Par ces enclos du quadrille insensé!"
