Summary

The farm has 3,999 acres of land. Meadowbank farm includes four 1854 log cabins, a main plantation house built in 1910, and numerous out buildings. There is also a lake and a swamp, thousands of oak and pine trees and farm animals. The farm, owned by Ann Smith Bedsole, who in 1978 became the first Republican woman to be elected to the Alabama House of Representatives.
