National Farmers Bank of Owatonna, 110 Cedar Street at East Broadway, Owatonna, Steele County, MN
Summary
Significance: Probably the finest of the late small mid-western banks designed by Sullivan. It derives its importance in the planning of its spatial organization, massing, use of materials, colors and ornamentation. A definite statement against the eclectic architecture of the day, and for the idea that function and design can compliment one another.
