Summary
Significance: Built as a six-family apartment building for personnel at the NRS, the Tudor revival stylistic overtones make it an outstanding example of military architecture. Reputedly the only brick building in the Aleutians. The building served as C.P.O. Quarters No. 1 throughout the duration of the war.
