New member of U.S. Tariff Commission takes oath. Washington D.C., July 26. A. Manuel Fox, recently appointed by President Roosevelt to be a member of the U.S. Tariff commision, today took the oath of office, he is a native of Philadelphia where he was born May 14, 1889.
