No. 513: Mr. Jaccaci and refugee children on arrival, July 31st, 1915. No. 514: Nothing was known about this child who was sent to the Comite France-Americain pour la protection des enfants de la frontier by an an evacuation station in the north. After writing it was learned that "When the German troops passed through Ermetieres (Nord), little Antoine, his brother Michel and his sister Georgette were living with their aunt, who soon after left her village to go with her children and nephews to Erquinghem. In November 1914, the refugees were obliged to leave this town and the aunt confided the three children to the care of a friend with whom they remained for 23 months. Last June as Erquinghem was bombarded the children were sent to the hospital of Hazebrouch and from there to the committee. They have never had a word from their father, mother, five brothers and sisters who have remained in the invaded district
