Summary: Klein retained Logan and Lincoln and sued Robert Irwin, John Irwin, Ann Campbell, Antrim Campbell, Forquer, Thayer, Butler, Emeline Webster, and Francis Webster Jr. in an action to partition a lot in Springfield, Illinois. The court ruled for Klein and appointed three commissioners to partition the land. The commissioners reported that they could not partition the land, and the court sold the land at public auction to Wickersham for $376. The court distributed the proceeds of the sale among Klein, Irwin, Irwin, the Campbells, Thayer, and Butler.
