Summary
Print shows birds eye view of the village of Memmingen during the siege between September 9 and November 14, 1647. The village had been in control of the Swedish army but was under attack by Bavarian forces for nine weeks until the Swedish army surrended in November 1647. Locations of different troops are numbered 1 through 18 and landmarks are labeled A-L and are identified in two keys.
