Old Croton Aqueduct, Quarry Railroad Bridge, Aqueduct Lane at Williams Street, Hastings-on-Hudson, Westchester County, NY

Significance: The Old Croton Aqueduct is an outstanding example of 19th century civil engineering and was New York City's first municipal water project. The Quarry Railroad Bridge is a representative example of how the aqueduct had to accommodate existing transportation routes.
