On the boat to Constantinople and Greece was the pet horse of the Queen of Romania. Travelling first class as of royal blood it was on its way to the Queen of Greece daughter of Marie of Roumania Huge Montenegrins in gorgeous native costumes have for years have been the guards of the Pera Palace in Constantinople. They have protected many distinguished guests of the hotel and to-day in this picture were waiting for Ismet Pasha the Turkish peace delegate who taught diplomacy to Europe's best, and out of defeat on the battlefield brought victory at the council table.
