A copy of the Orpheum Circuit News, a publicity pamphlet published in Oakland, California, by the 35-member Orpheum Circuit of Theatres, November 14, 1915. Affiliated theatres were located throughout the U.S. and Canada. The cover page has a photo of Houdini swallowing a thread of needles, an article about Houdini and a poem, "An Ode to Houdini;" other material on Houdini and two more photographs--including one of Houdini and Theodore Roosevelt--appear within.
