Summary
Significance: The most common building type found in the Parkside Addition is a combination of row houses and flats in a single building. Excluding eight buildings considered a distinct type because they had three-story segments and thirteen because they house flats only, thirty-four of the fifty-five buildings in the Parkside Addition are of this type.
