Summary
Significance: Last remaining early Baltimore row, built for Jean-Charles-Marie-Louis-Felix-Pascault, Marquis de Poleon, as speculative houses on his estate - "Chatsworth," William F. Small, architect, in 1819. Originally fine row, later much altered for commercial use (#655 unaltered), renovated 1981. Occupants included General Columbus O'Donnell, Bishop Whittingham, & other prominent Baltimoreans.
