Summary
Significance: Building 3580 provided space for munitions maintenance operations. In addition to a tool room and a small office, a shop area contained conveyor belts and tables for inspection, assembly, and disassembly lines for demilitarized and scrap metal processing operations. Space was also provided to store containers of munitions being processed, to perform corrosion control, and to provide bench space for small test equipment.
