Production. B-24E (Liberator) bombers at Willow Run. Working on a center wing section for a B-24E (Liberator) bomber after it has been placed on one of the assembly lines at Ford's big Willow Run plant. The Liberator is capable of operation at high altitudes and over great ranges on precision bombing missions.
