Rail management and Labor executives confer with President Roosevelt. Washington, D.C., Sept. 20. Following a conference today with representatives of Railway Management and Labor at the White House, President Roosevelt announced that he had named an informal six-man committee to devise a broad plan of rail aid legislation for the next congress.
