Significance: This shed is associated with the Railey-Hall House which is part of a district which comprises the core of the rural crossroads community of Sumter in Sumter County. The district contains five commercial buildings and the Railey-Hall House which is located on the west side of U.S. Highway 19. Several outbuildings and a metal windmill surround the house. The significance of the outbuildings is that they are recognizable components of a historic agricultural landscape
