Summary
Allegorical print shows Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III in uniform riding on a horse. Above him are mythical characters, one blowing a trumpet with the motto "Se ovor omina tanta" [he over all others] in a cart being pulled by two birds with royal coats of arms on a trail of clouds toward an emblematic arch labeled "Pietate" [piety]. Behind him is a birds eye view of human figures, armies on a battlefield and a walled city in the background.
