Rhinebeck, Kingston, Shawagunck Mountains [e.g. Shawangunk], Hudson River

Sketch shows sailboats on the Hudson River near Rhinebeck and Kingston, New York. The Shawangunk Mountains rise in the distance on the far side of the river. Wallis was a British Commissioner from the Foreign Office to the United States in 1853.
