Sharon, a 25-year veteran iron worker and an Iron Workers Union (IWU) #63 member. Her husband, Richard Sisson, is an even more experienced veteran iron worker. They review their personal background, entry into iron working, problems on the job, sexism, pranks, work sites, the IWU and organized labor.
