Summary
Significance: Initially constructed in 1824 as a three-bay, stucco over brick structure with basement kitchen. Enough elements of the original application of stucco remain to verify that this sandstone colored stucco was scored to resemble ashlar block. Within approximately 20 years, a significant clapboard addition was constructed to abut the west wall of the original house.
