Salvage. Wool reclamation. Bales of wool rags, from which the wool is to be reclaimed, come in bales to an Eastern plant from dealers everywhere. Taken from the bales and thrown into this pile, they are passed to rag-picking machines which shred the fabrics as the first step in the reclamation process
