Significance: Four story brick silk mill with prominent triangular pilasters, capped with half-pyramidal stone blocks between each bay of windows and at the corners. Five story stair tower/elevator at east end, boiler, engine house, and stack on north side and a cluster of later brick and concrete block additions at the west end.
