Summary
Stereoview showing a group of ten women in front of Mission House. The teachers of freedmen were sent to the Port Royal area by the American Missionary Association of New York are identified as Misses: Miner, Harris, Armstrong, Cahoun, Colburn, H.C. Bullard, Mitchell, Jenners, King and Foote. Two African American children stand at left hiding their faces with caps.
