S.E.C. Aide named Assistant Attorney General. Washington, D.C., May 20. O. John Rougge, Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer, was yesterday nominated by President Roosevelt to be an assistant attorney general in charge of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice. He will succeed Brien McMahon, who resigned this week to enter private law practice. Rogge, 35, is Assistant General Counsel for the S.E.C.
