Secretary of Agriculture is surprised with gifts from members of personal staff when he was Governor of Missouri. Led by members of his personal staff when he was Governor of Missouri and fellow Missourians, Secretary of Agriculture Arthur M.Hyde, was given a surprise party at his office in Washington today.
