Senate leaders meet. Washington, D.C., June 6. Senate Republicans today adopted a resolution declaring that Congress should remain in session throughout the European War emergency. Twenty-one Republicans conferred for 45 minutes. Afterward, Senator McNary announced 'It was the unanimous sense of the conference that Congress should remain in session for the duration of the emergency.'
