Significance: Stevenson Hall at Sheldon Jackson College, is one of six buildings designed in 1910 by the New York architecture firm of Ludlow and Peabody. Constructed in 1911, Stevenson Hall contributes to the Sheldon Jackson School National Historic Landmark, which is recognized as the oldest educational institution in Alaska and for its role in educating native Alaskans. This building is sited on the western edge of the historic campus quadrangle.
