Sofia state hospital. To this fine hospital which is modern and as well equipped as its exterior would lead one to believe the American Red Cross sent many Russian refugees who were evacuated from the Russian Black Sea ports. Bulgarians feel greatly indepted sic to the Russians and received the refugees with open arms
