Steel head tells monopoly group his firm has quoted government one price and sold below it to private industry. Washington, D.C., Nov. 9. Eugene G. Grace, President of the Bethlehem Steel Co. today told the Monopoly Committee that his firm has at times quoted base prices to the government but frequently sold privately below tht figure.
