Summary

Significance: The residential houses owned by the company and rented to workers represented an important aspect of the company town. // All that is left is ruins of foundations with workmanship on those foundations declining in quality from unit number 1, nearest the hoist house, to unit number 10, farthest from hoist house; ten units of uneven sizes, some being multi-family or rooming houses. Constructed in 1913 as an integral part of the Sublet Mine No. 6, built, operated and owned by Kemmerer Coal Company; ceased production 1927.
