Summary
Significance: Structure HH is a valve box. It is located along the south edge of the broad, flat topped, west to east trending linear ridge. The valve box is located approximately 3/4 mile west of Superior. The valve box consists of a wood lined square shaped pit. The box is 3 feet 7 inches north to south by 3 feet 11 inches east to west. The pit is 3 feet 5 inches deep to fill. It consists of vertically standing wooden planks and milled lumber quarter round. The vertical planks are secured by an interior frame of horizontal wooden boards. The pit is partially filled with sediments covering the valve and pipe.
