Tempe Wick House, Mendham Road, Jockey Hollow, Morristown, Morris County, NJ
Summary
Significance: The Wick House stands upon the Wick Tract which was purchased in 1746. The present house was probably erected in 1747. The encampment of the Continental Army in the winter of 1779-1780 was on the Wick and Kimbel Farms about four miles southwest of Morristown.
