The latest in royal reviews. Ever since the armistice, the fashion in "reviews" has changed considerably in the Balkans. Instead of long parades of gold braided officials and smart uniformed soldiery, as in the "Old Days", there are inspections of bread and soup lines, and files of ragged, destitute peasants. This picture illustrates the change in the old order. Queen Marie of Roumania is shown handing out American Clothing, and food to ragged peasants at a Red Cross relief station near Domnesti. As an American Red Cross worker Queen Marie had an opportunity to get first hand information from thousands of Roumanians as their conditions and needs
