Summary

Wellington as a giant lobster, his profile between the creature's raised claws, stands on the lower joints of his tail; from his back hangs a Chancellor of the Exchequer's gown. On the ground are his cocked hat and sword and a song (from Arne's 'Artaxerxes') headed "The Soldier Tired of Wars."
