The Red Cross farm at the American Base Hospital, Portsmouth, England. The end of the day; carrying in the spoils. The biggest crop on the farm this year has been potatoes, and the convalescent patients have enjoyed getting these into the hospital cellars for use this winter. When they have finished the potatoes, there is a big crop of cabbage to occupy their time for a week or two
