The Street Life of Scutari. A typical scene in the streets of old Scutari in Albania. The buildings are irregular, lop sided affairs. Cattle, pigs and barnyard fowl mix indiscriminately with the people, whose dress was strongly Oriental. But now an Occidental note is creeping into it, due to the country's complete dependence for its first clothes in five years upon America.
