Summary
Significance: This structure formerly with a one story wing is an excellent, example of a two-and-a-half story wood frame house, which is typical of mid-nineteenth century construction along the Gulf coast. It utilizes cross ventilation, two story porches, and large window openings to exploit prevailing climatic characteristics.
